Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent based in Kolkata. The Travel Agent will handle day-to-day tasks including making travel reservations, making itinerary and booking tickets, offering car rental services, and arranging comprehensive travel plans. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and conducting sales activities to meet clients' travel needs.

Qualifications

• Skills in making Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service capabilities
• Experience in Car Rental services
• Proficiency in Sales and Client Engagement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Previous experience with travel agencies preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or related field beneficial
