About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Executive (Female) specializing in FIT (Family Independent Travel) management. The role involves end-to-end planning and execution of family tours, including itinerary design, accommodation booking, visa coordination, and customer service. Exposure to leading travel brands such as GT Holidays, SOTC, Veenaworld, and Travelhouse will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Family Tour Management
• Plan and manage customized family tours with attention to detail and personalization.
• Design itineraries considering family preferences, age groups, and budgets.
• Book family-friendly accommodations and arrange safe transport options.
• Visa & Documentation
• Guide families through visa requirements and documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with international travel regulations, especially for minors.
• Customer Service Excellence
• Act as a single point of contact for families before, during, and after travel.
• Handle special requests (dietary needs, senior citizen support, medical assistance).
• Provide concierge-style support during travel for smooth experiences.
• Vendor Coordination
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, and destination partners to secure quality arrangements.
• Negotiate cost-effective packages while maintaining service standards.
• Graduate in Tourism; MBA preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Experience: 3–4 years in FIT travel management.
• Exposure to GT Holidays, SOTC, Veenaworld, Travelhouse preferred.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes, accommodation booking, and family tour planning.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Employment Type

• On-roll, full-time position.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
