Travel Executive

Coordinating with branches for Outstation Delivery and arranging domestic travel (Bus/Train),

accommodations, transportation and other Requirement.

 Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget guidelines.

 Provide real-time support to travellers during trips, addressing any issues or changes that may

arise.

 Maintain and update travel databases and records for reporting and reimbursement/Accounting

purposes.

 Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and terms.

 Prepare and communicate detailed travel itineraries to travellers.

 Assist with expense reporting and travel-related reimbursements.

 Stay updated on travel restrictions, health advisories, and other relevant travel-related information.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a Travel Assistant, Travel Coordinator, or similar role.

 Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel management software.

 Attention to detail and ability to handle last-minute changes and emergencies.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

 3-4 years of experience in a corporate travel environment or travel agency (preferred).

 Knowledge of travel regulations and policies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
