Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch support to our executives.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including travel expenses and event details.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
