Key Responsibilities:

Travel Management

• Handle end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings for employees (flights, hotels, buses, and cabs).
• Coordinate visa processes and documentation for international business travel.
• Maintain proper records of all travel bookings and approvals for compliance and reimbursement.
• Build and maintain corporate tie-ups with hotels, resorts, and travel agencies to ensure cost-effective and quality bookings.
• Ensure seamless travel experiences by managing itineraries and addressing last-minute changes or issues.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for office admin tasks.
• Support the HR/Admin team in logistical arrangements for meetings, offsites, and business visits.
• Handle facility coordination including courier services, utility management, and basic office supplies.
• Assist in maintaining a smooth office environment through effective coordination with service providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Travel & Tourism / Business Administration).
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in corporate travel bookings and administrative coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of travel documentation, vendor liaison, and cost tracking.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,556.50 - ₹30,691.80 per month
