Job Title: Travel Desk Executive (Travel & Accommodation Arrangement)

Location: Faridabad, Haryana]

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel and accommodation requirements for employees, clients, guests, and vendors. The role involves coordinating with management, employees, finance, and HR to ensure smooth travel operations while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, train, bus, cab, and hotel bookings.
  • Plan and coordinate accommodation for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Negotiate with travel agents, hotels, and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely bookings, modifications, and cancellations as per travel needs.
  • Maintain travel-related records, invoices, and expense statements for finance reconciliation.
  • Support HR in arranging travel for new joiners, interview candidates, and training programs.
  • Coordinate with management for VIP/urgent travel requirements.
  • Handle last-minute travel requests, including bookings beyond office hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of travel policies, visa requirements, and guidelines.
  • Prepare travel reports and MIS for management review.
  • Undertake any other task assigned by HR/Management.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel booking systems.
  • Problem-solving and quick decision-making under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and cost-consciousness.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel management/travel desk operations.
  • Experience in dealing with travel agencies, hotels, and booking platforms.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility to handle travel bookings after office hours, weekends, and holidays when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
