Job Description:

• To efficiently manage and coordinate all travel-related services for employees and visitors, ensuring timely bookings, cost optimisation, and adherence to company travel policies.


• Handle domestic and international travel bookings (air, rail, road) for employees and guests.


• Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors for reservations and pricing.


• Manage visa processing and documentation support for international travel. -Maintain a travel calendar and ensure smooth itineraries and schedules.


• Ensure adherence to travel budgets and company policies.


• Prepare travel expense reports, maintain travel logs, and track travel-related costs.


• Arrange accommodation, airport transfers, and local transport as required.


• Handle travel-related queries, changes, and cancellations efficiently.


• Maintain updated records of travel vendors and negotiate better rates and contracts.
