Travel Desk Executive

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of airlines, hotel bookings, cab services, and visa processes
  • Familiarity with corporate travel policies and cost optimization
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to handle urgent and last-minute travel requests under pressure
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and travel booking tools/portals
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with minimal supervision

Experience:

  • 25 years of experience

    in a Travel Desk / Corporate Travel Management role
  • Hands-on experience in handling domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Experience working with travel management companies (TMCs) and vendors
