Job Description

Require a self-motivated and enthusiastic person who can understand and execute travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation and Requirement Analysis:

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, budget, and specific needs for a leisure or business trip.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, travel packages, accommodations, and transportation options.
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry regulations to offer the best solutions.

Booking and Execution:

Create and present customized travel proposals that meet the client's requirements.
Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Secure the best possible rates and deals for clients by liaising with various travel suppliers and vendors.
Manage all reservations and bookings through relevant booking systems and software.

Client Service and Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire travel process, from the planning stage to their return.
Provide clear and comprehensive travel documents, including itineraries, e-tickets, and booking confirmations.
Handle any travel-related issues, such as flight changes or cancellations, with professionalism and a proactive approach.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales and Administration:

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
Process payments and manage billing efficiently and securely.
Promote special travel packages, promotions, and loyalty programs to clients.
