Preferred skill sets for this position include strong analytical, critical thinking, and investigative skills, basic understanding of General Insurance processes, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook Email and Excel), and previous experience in Insurance Claims. Being adept at computer navigation, maintaining high accuracy in typing speed, strong data gathering, logical thinking, and numerical skills will be advantageous.
