Role Description

Travel Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Book

  flights, trains, buses

  , and other transport.
• Reserve

  accommodation

  (hotels, guest houses).
• Assist with

  visa/passport applications

  if required.
• Prepare and circulate

  travel itineraries

  .
• Track and manage

  travel expenses and budgets

  .
• Handle

  last-minute changes

  or cancellations professionally.
• Maintain records of

  frequent flyer programs

  , vendor contacts, and travel preferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in travel coordination or admin roles.
• Good knowledge of

  travel portals (IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, etc.)

  .
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.

• Must be from Ahmedabad

  .

• Immediate joining is mandatory
