Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Wild Voyager. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and offering travel consulting and management services to clients. The Travel Consultant will contribute to creating authentic and memorable travel experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making travel arrangements and reservations
• Customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of doing costings and proposals for FIT travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of travel destinations and attractions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
