The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and offering travel consulting and management services to clients. The Travel Consultant will contribute to creating authentic and memorable travel experiences for customers. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting and meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with key accounts. The role requires strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth. The Head of Sales will work closely with the operations team to ensure the highest quality of customer service and trip experiences. You will need to sell African safaris with your team, and are expected to have worked in travel sales before, if not in African safaris specifically. You will have to fulfil the team targets for the sales team.
