As a Travel Consultant you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other travel services. You will ensure a seamless travel experience by providing expert advice, managing reservations, and handling all ticketing and documentation requirements while ensuring compliance with travel regulations.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and reservations for travel via phone, email, and in person.
Issue tickets and other necessary travel documents.
Assist customers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and special travel requirements.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best options for clients.
Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or disruptions during travel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel consulting, ticketing, or customer service, preferably for Australia travel.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and airline reservation platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong knowledge of travel regulations and airline policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
