Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, managing travel arrangements, making travel reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The Travel Consultant will work closely with travel businesses to streamline bookings and ensure clients have exceptional travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
