Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Ludhiana. The Travel Consultant will manage client inquiries by providing expert travel recommendations and creating tailored travel arrangements. Responsibilities include booking reservations, managing itineraries, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaboration with clients to fulfill their travel needs and managing operational aspects of the booking process will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating personalized Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling customer inquiries with professionalism
• Experience managing Reservations, including booking and finalizing client itineraries
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Familiarity with global travel destinations and trends is a plus
