Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in New Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, managing travel arrangements, coordinating reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting clients on travel itineraries, handling travel bookings, and providing support and problem-solving for any travel-related issues.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Skills in organizing Travel Arrangements and making Reservations
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with travel software and booking systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
