We focus on creating stress-free travel experiences with full transparency and expert support. Role Description We are looking for a Travel Operations Executive/Travel Agency Manager who has previously worked in a small or mid-sized travel agency and understands the complete travel lifecycle — from understanding client requirements to dealing with suppliers and finalizing bookings, overseeing guided tours, managing the sales team, and ensuring sales targets are met. Also, focus on team management and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
