Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR or Noida. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients on travel options, handling reservations efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include managing itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services to fulfill client requirements professionally and effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service and client communication skills
• Familiarity with travel booking software and tools like Amadeus or Galileo.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• A minimum of 2yrs experience in travel consulting is must
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
