We are looking to shortlist agents with excellent communication skills who also have proven experience handling Kayak leads and Google Flights, Sky scanner. Candidates must have a strong track record of converting loss-making or low-margin leads into profitable bookings
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience managing Kayak and Google Flights outbound/inbound leads
Ability to convert high-loss/price-sensitive leads into successful sales
Strong understanding of Amadeus checking best fare, upselling, and customer handling
