Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients, providing travel consulting services, and making reservations. The role includes handling customer service inquiries, assisting clients with travel planning, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. The Travel Consultant will also be responsible for coordinating with travel vendors and keeping up with travel industry trends and updates.

Qualifications

• must have good in English & Computer skills
• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
