Key (Mandatory) Operational & Soft skills required:

IATA/UFTAA Diploma or Certification (Basic or Advanced).
Excellent Communication Skills in the English Language (Verbal & Written).
Good working knowledge of International Leisure Travel operations (viz. Hotel Reservations, Holiday Packages and other Ancillary services).
Good working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
Good working knowledge of International Airline Reservations (Ticket issuance, Cancellations, Refunds)
Is currently working or has previously worked in a Contact Centre / Sales environment.
