Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences Research and recommend destinations, itineraries, and accommodations Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and travel insurance Provide travel documentation and visa guidance Resolve travel-related issues and ensure client satisfaction Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and promotions Guide clients through visa application processes Assess eligibility and advise on suitable visa types Prepare and verify documentation for submission Liaise with embassies and immigration authorities Monitor application status and provide updates Stay informed on immigration laws and policy changes Skills & Qualifications Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of global travel regulations and cultures Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, or Travel Management Experience in visa consultancy or immigration services Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Familiarity with embassy protocols and visa categories
