Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to determine their travel needs, making reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. They will assist clients with planning itineraries, booking flights and hotels, and addressing any travel-related inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in travel booking software is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred
