Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel options, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as addressing client inquiries and ensuring smooth travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications in travel and tourism management are beneficial
