Travel Consultant

As a Senior Travel Sales representative for USA, your role involves assisting US/Canadian passengers in making flight reservations over the phone, managing follow-ups with existing customers, and handling various types of calls such as brand/website, generic/organic, destination-oriented, and PPC campaign calls. Your primary focus will be on generating MCO or Mark up to achieve monthly targets and ensuring efficient follow-up on sales leads to offer passengers the best flight deals in the industry. Proficiency in GDS-Amadeus is a must-have skill for this role. Your key responsibilities include: - Assisting US/Canadian passengers in making flight reservations over the phone - Managing follow-ups with existing customers - Handling various types of calls such as brand/website, generic/organic, destination-oriented, and PPC campaign calls - Generating MCO or Mark up to achieve monthly targets - Ensuring efficient follow-up on sales leads to offer passengers the best flight deals in the industry The qualifications required for this role are: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the international Travel Process - Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards work - Flexibility to work in a 24*7*365 days working environment - Previous work experience in the US market will be given preference for this position Kindly note that proficiency in GDS-Amadeus is essential for this role.,
