Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will manage travel arrangements, book reservations, and provide excellent customer service. The role also involves offering personalized travel consulting, handling travel management tasks, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer queries promptly are key aspects of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting and providing tailored solutions for diverse travel needs
• Proficiency in Travel Management and organizing travel plans effectively
• Strong skills in coordinating Travel Arrangements and managing itineraries
• Ability to handle Reservations and related logistics accurately
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and provide a high-quality experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and relevant tools
• Educational background in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
