Travel Consultant

We are looking for passionate individuals — both freshers and experienced — who love travel and want to build a career in the travel industry.

As a Trip Designer, you will contact customers, explain travel packages, confirm bookings, and design their trips.

Freshers will be trained in all areas including customer handling, sales, and travel itinerary planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers and explain our travel packages

• Follow up and convert interested leads into confirmed bookings

• Collect customer documents and information

• Design personalized itineraries (domestic or international trips)

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and activity operators

• Share complete travel plans, tickets, and support information with the customer

• Provide basic post-sales assistance if needed

• Maintain clear records and ensure timely communication

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers with a qualification in Travel & Tourism or a strong interest in the field

• Experienced candidates in travel sales or trip planning

• Good communication skills (English required; Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi is a plus)

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets

• Willingness to learn and grow with a dynamic team

Training Provided For Freshers:

• Sales communication and customer interaction

• Travel product knowledge (destinations, itineraries, visas, etc.)

• Hands-on practice in designing trips and handling real clients

• Booking coordination and post-sales processes
