Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel consulting and arrangements, including planning itineraries, booking reservations, and managing travel logistics. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and travel partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling client inquiries
• Strong skills in managing Reservations and booking processes
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to assess and cater to customer needs
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with destinations across India and a passion for travel
• Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
