Job Description

As a Senior Travel Consultant in Hyderabad, your role will involve managing travel arrangements, providing customized travel packages, booking flights and accommodations, and ensuring exceptional service for clients. With your expertise in international travel, you will offer tailored advice, plan itineraries, handle booking system queries, and address client issues related to travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing inquiries and understanding client preferences - Designing domestic & international travel packages - Handling reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing tours - Negotiating with suppliers for competitive rates - Achieving sales targets through client acquisitions and repeat business - Collaborating with operations and marketing teams - Designing comprehensive travel plans and managing bookings effectively Key requirements for this role include familiarity with international & domestic destinations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in travel booking systems, CRM tools, and MS Office, as well as fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Additional languages are a plus. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Domestic International Holidays Consultant or similar role - Excellent communication, customer service, and detail-oriented skills - Familiarity with travel industry trends and best practices - Proficiency in managing reservations and customer booking systems - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field - Familiarity with travel software and booking platforms is a plus This is a great opportunity for a Senior Travel Consultant to showcase their skills and provide exceptional travel experiences for clients.,
