Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via calls, emails, and chats to understand their travel requirements.
Provide information on flights, hotels, packages, and travel services.
Create and share customized travel itineraries.
Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, and travel products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
Offer excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and offers.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet browsing).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

Freshers are welcome.
Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream.
Candidates with interest in travel & tourism preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
