activities, and packages.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Ticketing Personnel with strong expertise in GDS

(Amadeus, Galileo) and international ticketing regulations. The role involves managing ticketing

operations, optimizing itineraries, handling cancellations/refunds, and maintaining airline

relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage international ticketing via GDS (Amadeus, Galileo).
Ensure compliance with airline rules and fare regulations.
Handle seat blocking, routing, and itinerary optimization.
Manage cancellations, refunds, and ADM reconciliation.
Build strong airline relationships and optimize costs.
Provide client support and maintain professional conduct.
Work in rotational shifts (including weekends one week per month)

Preferred candidate profile

35 years of experience in international ticketing.
Hands-on expertise in Amadeus and Galileo GDS.
Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and ADM management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility for rotational shifts.
Preferred: IATA certification, Amadeus/Galileo certification, experience with corporate
