Role Description

As a Travel Consultant at 30 Sundays, you will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable travel experiences for our guests. Your primary duties will include:

• Engaging with clients to understand their travel desires and preferences.

• Destination Knowledge is must (Maldives and Vietnam)

• Curating bespoke itineraries and recommending the best destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Addressing customer enquiries through various channels and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
• Staying current with industry trends and destination information to offer expert advice.
• Fostering lasting client relationships and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a B2C Sales
• 1-3+ years of experience
• Hungry to learn & grow
