Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will handle day-to-day tasks including travel consulting, travel management, arranging travel itineraries, and making reservations. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Customer Service and Reservations experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with travel booking software and platforms
