As a Travel Consultant of MICE Operations at Benchmark Incentive and Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd, your role involves leading the operational team to ensure successful delivery of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) events for clients worldwide. **Responsibilities:** - **Client Consultation:** Interacting with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget. Designing customized travel itineraries based on client preferences. - **Knowledge Update:** Staying updated on travel trends, destinations, attractions, local customs, visa requirements, and other travel-related information. - **Reservations:** Making reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, activities, and other travel-related services.
