Job Description

As a Travel Brand Head, you will play a crucial role in leading the brand strategy, marketing, and positioning within the competitive travel and tourism industry. Your responsibilities will include developing a strong brand identity, executing innovative marketing campaigns, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring consistent customer engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will focus on enhancing brand value, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement an overall brand strategy to enhance market presence and brand recall. - Lead brand positioning and identity development to set the company apart in the travel industry. - Monitor sales department performance, devise strategies to boost company-wide sales. - Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. - Stay updated on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities for refining strategies. - Cultivate strong relationships with tourism boards, airlines, hotels, and travel partners. - Ensure brand consistency across all communication and promotional materials. - Oversee digital marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations to increase brand visibility. - Drive customer engagement and loyalty programs to foster long-term relationships. - Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives. - Manage the brand marketing budget effectively to achieve high ROI. - Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. - In-depth knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends. - Proficiency in sales, brand management, marketing, and digital strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Creative mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. - 5-12 years of experience in sales, brand management, marketing, or leadership roles within the travel/tourism industry. - Demonstrated track record of establishing and expanding successful travel brands. - Prior experience working with international/domestic travel brands, agencies, or hospitality groups is preferred.,
