Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel and Ticketing Executive located in Gurugram. The Travel and Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing ticket sales, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, processing bookings, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field
