Job Description

As a Travel Executive at M.S. Education Consultant, a unit of MaheshSuchit Immigration Pvt. LTD, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate travel-related services for clients aspiring to study abroad. This full-time, on-site role in Anand requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of travel and tourism operations. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: Visa Assistance & Processing: - Handling visit visa applications for various countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Singapore, and others. - Providing accurate guidance on required documents, fees, and timelines. - Coordinating with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for submissions and follow-ups. Ticket Booking & Travel Arrangements: - Booking domestic and international flight tickets, trains, and other transport options. - Suggesting cost-effective travel options and best routes based on client preferences. - Managing cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Customer Communication & Support: - Calling and following up with clients regarding inquiries, bookings, and updates. - Providing personalized travel advice and resolving client issues promptly. Travel Insurance & SIM Card Arrangements: - Assisting clients in purchasing suitable travel insurance plans. - Providing SIM card options for international travel and managing activation. Tour Booking & Itinerary Planning: - Designing customized itineraries covering sightseeing, activities, accommodation, and transfers. - Handling bookings for guided tours, adventure activities, and packages. - Ensuring clients receive well-structured travel plans. Documentation & Compliance: - Ensuring compliance with country-specific travel regulations and company policies. Sales & Upselling: - Promoting additional services such as hotel bookings, airport transfers, forex, and packages. - Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to company revenue growth. Market Research & Networking: - Staying updated on visa rules, travel policies, flight offers, and tourism trends. - Developing relationships with airlines, tour operators, and service vendors. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry operations. - Strong knowledge of visa processes for multiple countries. - Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for ticketing (added advantage). - Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
