As a Travel Executive at M.S. Education Consultant, a unit of MaheshSuchit Immigration Pvt. LTD, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating travel-related services for our clients. With a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency, you will be responsible for various aspects of travel arrangements, including visa assistance, ticket booking, travel insurance, SIM card arrangements, itinerary planning, and tour packages for destinations worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with visa applications for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Singapore, and others. You will provide accurate guidance on required documents, fees, and timelines, and coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for submissions and follow-ups. Additionally, you will handle ticket bookings for domestic and international flights, trains, and other transport options, ensuring cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements for our clients. Communication with clients is a key aspect of this role, as you will be required to call and follow up regarding inquiries, bookings, and updates. Your excellent organizational skills will be put to use in managing cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds, as well as providing personalized travel advice and resolving client issues promptly. Moreover, you will assist clients in purchasing suitable travel insurance plans and provide options for SIM cards for international travel, managing activation as needed. In terms of tour booking and itinerary planning, you will design customized itineraries covering sightseeing, activities, accommodation, and transfers, ensuring that clients receive well-structured travel plans. It will be essential to stay up-to-date on visa rules, travel policies, flight offers, and tourism trends, as well as develop relationships with airlines, tour operators, and service vendors to enhance our service offerings. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry operations. Strong knowledge of visa processes for multiple countries and proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for ticketing will be advantageous. Your excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, will be crucial for success in this position.
