An up and coming travel organization

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Travel Agency Specialist. The role involves coordinating and planning travel bookings, organizing guided tours, and managing travel arrangements for business and leisure clients. The specialist will provide excellent customer service, support client needs, and ensure seamless travel experiences. Additional responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing bookings, and contributing to sales growth by promoting travel packages. Should have prior travel industry experience and should be able to handle end-to-end operations

Qualifications

Experience in Travel Agency operations, business development and managing Guided Tours
Proficiency in Customer Service and effective communication skills
Sales-oriented approach with the ability to promote and sell travel packages
Understanding of Business Travel planning and corporate client management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with travel booking systems and software is an advantage
Familiarity with local and international travel destinations is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
