Key Responsibilities:

Visa & Immigration Management:

• Handle all visa and immigration processes for employees, including work permits, residency permits, business visas, and renewals.
• Prepare, review, and submit required documentation to immigration authorities.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration consultants as needed.
• Stay updated on immigration laws and ensure organizational compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all visa and immigration transactions.
• Support international hires with onboarding related to relocation and legal documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience (3+ years) in visa processing, immigration support, or administrative management.
• Strong understanding of visa laws, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
