Travel Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Travel Administration Manager to oversee and manage corporate and client travel operations. The role involves handling end-to-end travel arrangements, vendor negotiations, cost control and ensuring smooth and efficient travel services for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Development.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and optimise efficiency.
• Identify and onboard International & Domestic vendors, including hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and tour operators.
• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, transport providers and travel agencies for the best pricing

and service contracts.

• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Develop, implement and monitor travel policies and procedures in line with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, visa and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain updated travel schedules, itineraries, and travel documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel administration/Management within the travel industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00
