We are seeking an experienced Travel Administration Manager to oversee and manage corporate and client travel operations. The role involves handling end-to-end travel arrangements, vendor negotiations, cost control and ensuring smooth and efficient travel services for customers. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Development. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and optimise efficiency. Identify and onboard International & Domestic vendors, including hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and tour operators. Negotiate with airlines, hotels, transport providers and travel agencies for the best pricing and service contracts. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Develop, implement and monitor travel policies and procedures in line with company standards. Ensure compliance with legal, visa and health & safety regulations. Maintain updated travel schedules, itineraries, and travel documentation. Qualifications: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in travel administration/Management within the travel industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor management skills. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Pay: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00
