Travel across the city for events required -Events happen every day (evenings & weekends as needed)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Events Manager / Events Executive who can independently plan, execute, and manage daily events — from setup to shutdown. The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, and experienced in handling busy event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily events end-to-end — corporate, flea markets, pop-ups, wedding events, sampling activities, exhibitions, etc.
• Coordinate with organisers, vendors, venue teams and internal staff for smooth execution.
• Handle stall setup, branding materials, lighting, tables, POS systems, packaging & stock.
• Maintain inventory and event material logbook and ensure items are picked up and returned in good condition.
• Supervise promoters / event assistants, allocate tasks and ensure discipline.
• Ensure excellent customer interaction at events and drive sales when required.
• Track sales, leads, footfall & feedback from every event and submit daily reports.
• Take photos & videos for social media and record-keeping.
• Maintain professional behaviour and brand representation at all times.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in event management / promotions / brand activations.
• Must have solid experience attending/handling multiple events — not a fresher role.
• Strong communication and people-handling skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot on the spot, manage crowds, solve problems quickly.
• Well-organised, responsible and punctual — must respect timelines.
• Comfortable working on weekends and evenings (compensatory shift offs applicable).
• Basic tech skills: phone apps, Excel/Sheets, payment apps, Google Maps, WhatsApp groups.
• Physically fit to handle on-ground event setup (tables, boxes, props, etc.).

Additional Expectations

• Travel within Hyderabad is mandatory.
• Should be comfortable using personal bike for commute (fuel reimbursement if applicable).
• Should maintain professional dress code during events.
