Marketing Executive – B2B Sales (Corporate & Automobile Sector)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, well-connected Marketing Executive (male or female) to represent

Crumb & Co — a premium cake and pastry brand known for its indulgent bakes, handcrafted

desserts, and elegant gifting boxes. The role focuses on building B2B partnerships with car

showrooms, HR departments, and corporate offices for gifting, events, and customer engagement

activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit car dealerships, corporate offices, and event agencies to pitch Crumb & Co’s cakes,

brownies, and gift boxes for:

• HR activities (birthdays, employee milestones, celebrations)

• Customer giveaways (test drives, deliveries, showroom events)

• Corporate and festive gifting (Diwali, Christmas, etc.)

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR heads, marketing teams, and admin

departments.

- Drive bulk and recurring corporate orders through personal connections and follow-ups.

- Maintain client databases, sales trackers, and follow-up schedules.

- Coordinate with the Crumb & Co kitchen and logistics team for timely execution and delivery.

- Represent Crumb & Co at city events and corporate fairs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong network within corporate HR, automobile, or hospitality sectors in Hyderabad.

- Smart, confident, and fluent in English and Telugu.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.

- Prior experience in corporate sales, hotel marketing, or premium gifting preferred.

Education & Background

- Bachelor’s degree (any stream).

- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹9,355.44 - ₹20,000.00 per month
