The Transport Associate will support end-to-end transportation operations and ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting across the fleet. Key responsibilities include: Managing daily transportation activities and driver accounts. Maintaining fleet bookkeeping and accounting for PAN-India operations. Reconciling inventory and vendor accounts accurately and on time. Monitoring expenses and exercising strict budgetary control. Ensuring timely closure of books of accounts every month. Preparing and submitting MIS reports to Management as per defined timelines. Ensuring correctness and accuracy in all fleet-related accounting entries. Coordinating with internal teams, drivers, and vendors for smooth operations.
