Department: FG & WH (Finished Goods & Warehouse)
Position: Transport Supervisor
Education Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in the Relevant Field

Job Summary:

The Transport Supervisor will oversee transportation operations within the FG & WH department, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient movement of goods. The role includes managing transport staff, scheduling vehicles, and coordinating with warehouse teams to support dispatch and delivery operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of transport staff and drivers.
Plan and schedule transportation of finished goods from FG & WH to various destinations.
Monitor vehicle operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain transport logs.
Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods in coordination with warehouse staff.
Conduct periodic checks of vehicles for maintenance, safety, and compliance.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to optimize transport operations.
Maintain records of fuel, vehicle maintenance, and transport expenses.
Ensure adherence to safety and statutory regulations during transportation.
Address and resolve any transport-related issues promptly.
