Job Description: Transport Executive Overview We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Transport Executive to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, acting as the primary point of contact between our clients and vehicle owners. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. ResponsibilitiesDaily Communication: Engage in daily conversations with company managers, owners, and drivers to identify and secure new loading orders. Order Management: Efficiently manage loading requirements from clients, matching them with suitable vehicles and drivers. Vehicle Sourcing: Proactively source and place vehicles for client loads by connecting with drivers and lorry owners in and around Hyderabad and across Telangana. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and vehicle owners to ensure a steady supply of loads and vehicles. Operational Coordination: Coordinate with drivers and clients to ensure timely and smooth transportation of goods. Problem-Solving: Address any issues or delays that may arise during transit, providing quick and effective solutions. Key Skills & QualificationsExceptional Communication: Must have excellent verbal communication skills to effectively negotiate and build rapport with a diverse range of individuals, from company owners to truck drivers. Strong Initiative: Proven ability to make self-initiated calls to both clients and drivers to generate business. Negotiation Skills: A knack for negotiating rates and terms to secure the best possible deals for both parties. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the transport or logistics industry is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train a candidate with the right attitude and drive. Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with the Hyderabad and Telangana region is an advantage. Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated individual who is driven to meet and exceed daily targets.
