Trailer Coordinator – Mundra Location

Location: Mundra, Gujarat

Experience: 3–5 years in Transport/Trailer Operations

Industry: Transportation.

This is a critical role responsible for overseeing driver management, fuel monitoring, and driver recruitment—ensuring timely, safe, and cost-efficient trailer movements.

• Key Responsibilities:Trailer Scheduling & Coordination Plan and monitor trailer movements to align with customer deliveries and port schedules.
• Driver Management Oversee day-to-day driver allocation, compliance, discipline, and performance tracking.
• Fuel Expense Monitoring Track fuel usage, reconcile expenses, and control pilferage through strict monitoring systems.
• Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Lead recruitment drives, screen candidates, and handle onboarding and training.
• Documentation & Reporting Maintain logs, reports, and operational records (trip sheets, fuel reports, MIS, etc.)
• What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years in transport/trailer coordination or related logistics roles
• Hands-on experience in driver handling, fleet planning, and cost control .
