Transport Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transportation activities
• Assign vehicles and drivers based on routes, load, and priorities
• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time deliveries or pickups
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and issues
• Maintain transport records, logs, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Track fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and repair schedules
• Handle transportation-related complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and transport tracking systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
